Our goal at Glitz is to ensure you are completely happy with your shopping experience.


Returns:  You may return all items if they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags still attached.

You have 14 days from the time you received your order to return it to us. Simply send the item (s) along with the original packing slip and a little note telling us the reason for the return.  Please mail the package to:

We also suggest that you send item (s) back using USPS, UPS or Fed Ex so you have a tracking number for your package. We are not responsible for return shipping charges or any items lost during transit to us.  Shipping costs are non refundable. 


Exchanges:  We will gladly exchange an item, if the item is still in stock. If the item is no longer available we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.

Shipping:  Items will be processed and shipped on Monday - Friday at the end of the business day.  Any items ordered on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed or shipped until Monday.
